Please do not contact Trinity Lutheran Church.  It is NOT affiliated with our organization.  Staff at Trinity forward inquiries to our office.

Free Parking on street or in Trinity’s parking lot across from the front entrance. 

Library Hours: Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM.  Visits outside of regular hours are available upon request.

Public is welcome to research on-site or attend special Open House Seminars. No membership required.  Borrowing privileges are restricted to HSGPV members.   

Bring your questions and electronic devices.  Guest WIFI available!

Main Floor in Trinity Lutheran Church.  Ring the doorbell. Buzzer allows entrance via the left main door.  Go past the church office, turn right.  We’re the 1st door on the left identified with signage. 

Donations

Donations are accepted by members or the public.  We accept monies and resources (donations-in-kind).  See Membership  for payment options.  Tax receipts are provided for donations of $10 or more.  We require a full address, email and telephone number to provide the tax receipt  Contact us with that information or provide a completed HSGPV Donation Form
Library Supplies appreciated:  blank paper (letter or legal) always welcome!

The generosity of donations have helped: 

  • increase our library holdings through purchases or personal holding donations.
  • cover the costs of room rental, library operational costs and supplies, website maintenance, Annual General Meetings, board and special meetings, event participation, etc. 

Donations in Kind:  Upon acceptance of a donation the Historical Society of Germans from Poland and Volhynia (HSGPV) considers that the society is deemed to have been granted exclusive copyright in perpetuity for all original materials donated, subject to the Canadian Copyright Act.  The donator may be requested to provide an additional HSGPV Copyright Waiver.  Please contact us for modifications tailored to your donation or if your donation description requires more space.  We accommodate individual needs.
